Before you begin please read the following:

Filling Consultation Form

You are requested to fill the consultation form in your own language, the one you feel about your condition. You should not write your problem in medical language unless specifically asked. Same is true if you are submitting query regarding your child.

Be Sure to Tell...

1. All the medicines, vitamins herbals and dietary supplements that you are already taking. This includes:

   • Prescription Medicines.

   • Medicines you can buy without a prescription.

   • Vitamins and dietary supplements such as gingko biloba etc.

2. Also be sure to tell:

   • If you have medicine allergies or if you have had problems when taking medicines before.

   • If you are pregnant, may get pregnant or nursing a baby.

   • About any other doctors or health care professionals who have prescribed medicines for you or suggested that you take a vitamin or herbal supplements.

Treatment Plan

Your finalized treatment plan will be sent to via email (the one you provided while submitting the form), which will contain details of the remedies with proper potencies that you have to use, its dosage and duration. The possible aggravations that one might feel after taking the remedy will also be specified within the treatment plan. 

You have to strictly follow the treatment plan and are not suppose to take any allopathic or any herbal remedy or vitamin supplement's without prior consultation as this might suppress/increase the disease condition or even neutralize the effect of homoeopathic remedies.

If you are having any severe aggravations stop taking the medicine(s) and send feedback immediately!

Never give your prescriptions medicine to someone else or take prescription medicine that wasn't prescribed for you, even if you had the same medical condition.

Feedback - A Must

You are required to send the feedback of the treatment after the said duration within the treatment plan. If however you are having change of symptoms, you must send feedback before the said time. This is really necessary for your treatment as some disease conditions requires lot of care and constant monitoring of the symptom changes. If you feel that the medicine is not working or not showing any effects then also kindly send the feedback at the said time.

Failure to comply with this will result in termination of your treatment without notification.

Duration of Treatment

The duration of the treatment varies from condition to condition and severity of the disease of the patient. Generally common ailments will disappear within weeks while other will take atleast 3 months.

Ask Questions

If you have any questions or concerns feel free to ask. Write questions ahead of time so that you don't forget them. By taking the time to ask questions, you may be preventing problems later.

Change of Treatment

If, however, you want to change your treatment to any other homoeopath please let him know about your past and current treatment coz the effects of homoeopathic remedies last for more than months in the body (sometimes). If you are planning to shift to allopathic remedies then also please do inform the concerned physician.

If you have any doubt on complications, ask the doctor concerned, instead of running to another doctor. Please do not change treatments too often. This may damage your over all system than doing any good. This might lead to permanent changes in your body or development of certain types of conditions that will have possible no cure except life long dependency on medication.
