All those qualities that
differentiate a person from other person depends upon the excusive
nature of the vital dynamis which moves the body; all its systems,
organs, tissues and cells of the body which is called material organism
by Hahnemann. Hahnemann was the first physician who ask the most relevant
questions regarding the mode of treatment that should lead to cure and
not to palliation and that was "What is to be cured?" He
logically answered this question in Organon briefly as "it is the
deranged vital dynamis to be cured".
Hence, the most important
information required by a homoeopath is to find out all the data
concerning deranged vital dynamis. In the earlier chapters we have
already pointed out the fallowing factors (1) guiding symptoms, (2)
Causations, (3) suppressions, (4)miasms, (5)psychomatic personality, (6)
blood derangements, (7) Organopathic organism, & (8) hereditary
dispositions.
Now we shall study the sick
individual and his treatment from the point of deranged hereditary
dispositions. This has been observed that certain people at certain
stage of their life suffer from ailments and diseases which are peculiar
and uncommon and cannot be explained rationally. Most of the leading
authorities including Hahnemann have made these references in their
Materia Medica's and repertories. Dr. J.H Clarke has given a whole
chapter on temperaments including dispositions, diathesis, constitutions
and dyscrasias in his clinical repertory to the dictionary of Materia
Medica.
For example, during infant life
the disposition of crying should be observed keeping in mind symptoms of

Prescribing Principle on the Basis of Lack of Reaction
Dr. Hahnemann realized during his practice of homoeopathy that certain sick individuals suffer from low vital dynamis on account of which guiding symptoms do not appear which clearly point out the
similimum. Such patient may suffer from acute or chronic diseases and may prove fatal if the remedy which is not deep enough to stimulate vital force to react is found and brings about a change for recovery from the vital disorder.
Dr. Kent has given a list of remedies which belong to the rubric "Lack of reaction" in chapter on "Generalities" on page 1397 of his Repertory. Following are some of these remedies and their indications and their potencies in which they should be used:
